Information on Withdrawal

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this agreement within 30 days without providing any reason.
The withdrawal period is 30 days from the date:

  • on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), take possession of the goods, if you ordered one or multiple goods under a single order and they were delivered simultaneously;

  • on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), take possession of the last goods, if you ordered multiple goods under a single order and they were delivered separately.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from this agreement. This can be done via email: support@malvinandmavix.com
You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this agreement, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from your choice of a type of delivery other than the standard delivery offered), immediately and no later than 30 days after receipt of your withdrawal notice.
The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In no case will this refund incur any costs to you.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof of having sent back the goods, whichever occurs first.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and no later than 30 days from the date on which you informed us of the withdrawal. The deadline is met if the goods are sent back before the 30-day period expires.
The direct costs of returning the goods are borne by you.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Reasons for Exclusion and Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to agreements:

  • for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and are manufactured according to an individual choice or decision of the consumer;

  • for the delivery of goods that can quickly deteriorate or have a limited shelf life;

  • for the delivery of alcoholic beverages whose price was agreed upon in the contract but which can only be delivered at the earliest 30 days after the conclusion of the contract and whose value depends on market fluctuations;

  • for the delivery of newspapers, periodicals, or magazines, except for subscriptions.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for agreements:

  • for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if the seal has been broken after delivery;

  • for the delivery of goods which have been inseparably mixed with other items after delivery due to their nature;

  • for the delivery of audio or video recordings and computer software in a sealed package if the seal has been broken after delivery.
