Shipping Policy

What is the delivery time?
Delivery consists of two phases:

1. Processing Time
Orders are reviewed, approved, and packed within 1–2 business days after placement. The package is then prepared for shipment.

2. Shipping Time

Germany, Netherlands, United Kingdom: 3–7 business days
Shipping is handled by:

• Germany: DHL
• Netherlands: DHL / PostNL
• United Kingdom: Royal Mail

All delivery times exclude potential customs delays. During peak periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, and New Year, deliveries may take longer.

What are the shipping costs?
We offer free premium shipping, which includes insurance in case of theft, loss, or damage to the package.

Where is my package?
After shipment, customers will receive an email with a tracking number.

For logistical reasons, orders may be shipped in multiple parcels.

My tracking number does not work
It may take up to 5 business days for tracking information to update. If no information is available after several days, please contact our customer service team.
